Welcome to Bathroom Buddies, operated by Squidland LLC. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. COMMUNITY CODE OF CONDUCT

Bathroom Buddies relies on community contributions to help users find clean, safe, and accessible restrooms. You agree to use the application responsibly and respectfully.

When posting reviews, ratings, or comments, you agree NOT to submit content that is:

• Offensive, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or sexually explicit;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusive toward individuals or businesses;
• Spam, commercial solicitation, or false/misleading information;
• Containing personal identifiable information or private data of others.

2. PROPER USE OF REPORTING & FLAGGING FEATURES

Our comment reporting features allow the community to flag inappropriate, offensive, or policy-violating comments for moderator review.

Reporting feature misuse is strictly prohibited. You must not misuse, weaponize, or coordinate false flags against legitimate user reviews. Abusive or malicious reporting designed to censor or manipulate ratings constitutes a direct violation of these Terms.

3. CONTENT MODERATION & ENFORCEMENT

Squidland LLC reserves the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any user-submitted review, rating, or comment at our sole discretion. Content that is reported or flagged may be reviewed by automated systems or human moderators.

4. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & PERMANENT BANS

Violations of these Terms of Use—including submitting inappropriate comments, engaging in harassment, or abusing reporting mechanisms—may result in disciplinary action without prior notice, including:

• Immediate removal or redaction of offending reviews and comments;
• Temporary account suspension;
• Permanent account ban and device/IP access blocking.
